Who can I share my journey with?
You can share your journey with anyone you trust—friends, family, or other chosen contacts.
How does the silent alert work?
If you are in immediate danger and cannot call 112, activate the silent alarm; nearby verified users (allies) will receive an alert with your location and can respond without delay.
Will my location be shared all the time?
No. Your location is only shared when and with those you choose to share it with.
Who are the “verified users” that get notified in an emergency?
Verified users are members of our community who have completed safety checks, and are nearby and ready to help if needed. We call them “allies”.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your journey and alerts are only shared with the people you choose.
Can I use the app if I’m not in an emergency?
Yes, you can share your journey, access journeys shared with you, and personalize your profile to suit your preferences.
What if I accidentally send an alert?
You’ll have 5 seconds to cancel an alert if it was triggered by mistake and your contacts will be notified that you’re safe. It may sound short, but it’s more than enough time.
